THE FINE PRINT – Company Presentations
You will receive an invoice shortly after you have been notified that your company was selected to present. The invoice is payable upon receipt. Please note that your presentation slot is only confirmed and secured once we have received full payment.
Presentation fees are not subject to VAT, except in the case of Swiss companies where 8% VAT is applicable.
- Registration fees are subject to local VAT. The registration fees stated on this website are excluding VAT. When invoiced, VAT will be added as applicable.
Sending a replacement
Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee.
Please contact Manu Hildebrand at firstname.lastname@example.org to send a presenter replacement.
If a conflict arises that prohibits you from presenting, please notify us immediately per the instructions below.

- Please specify whether you need to cancel your presentation slot only, or whether your attendance to the event is also affected. NB: A paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your same company or organization. If no member of your company/organization is able to attend cancellation fees will be applied per the registrations cancellation policy found here.
Upon cancellation of a presentation slot the full presentation fee is applicable and not refundable.
